JOSEPH H. FAGUNDES graduated from the McGeorge School of Law in 1980 and is a past president of the San Joaquin County Bar Association. He has an MBA in finance and was chief financial officer of his former firm for 15 years. He has successfully argued numerous cases before the California Supreme Court, with over 100 appellate matters and seven published appellate decisions. He is also an elected member of the American Board of Trial Advocates with over 30 trials and is on the Board of Directors of the Association of Defense Counsel for Northern California.
